Rental Policies

$250.00 per night plus 10.5% tax
Maximum 5 adults

Check in time: 3:00 p.m.
Check out time: 10:00 a.m.

To secure your reservation, your deposit of $100 needs to reach us no later than: 10 days from your reservation date.

If you would like to pay your remaining balance with a check, it will need to reach us no late than, one week before your arrival date. Otherwise, you may pay your balance at check- in time with cash, a money order or a cashier’s check.

Cancellation:
100% Refund – If we receive cancellation notice at least 10 days before arrival date.

50% Refund 9-6 days before arrival date

No Refund- 5 days or less from arrival date. (Exception may be made at our discretion for emergencies, severe weather etc. )

House Rules:
Absolutely no smoking, alcohol or pets.
(Exceptions will be made for service animals)
